Question by Conniebug: Has anyone tried Jillian Michael’s online diet program? I’ve thought about trying it but I don’t want to waste a bunch of money and not like it. I tried WebMD’s program and hated it, but had to pay for the first month anyway. Does Jillian’s site give menu plans? Excercise plans?
