Question by : What is a comprehensive online weight loss program that contains diet, exercise, and challenges? I’m looking to find an online weight loss program which offers a diet component (meal plan, recipes, information about healthy food choices), exercise (customized workouts which are tailored to a person’s fitness level), professional support (access to registered dietitians, personal trainers, etc), a thriving community (support boards), and little challenges to keep me motivated and continuing with the program. It would be fun if some little prizes were offered for being the best competitor in the challenges (protein shakes, fat caliper, etc). I’m concerned more about the features and reputation rather than the cost. Thank you.Best answer:

The best thing you can do from what you wrote down is:1st: drink more water 2nd:use a bit more salt in your water to help dissolve your food to make you lose bit of weight 3rd:Use fibre to help make your stomach lineing stronger :. and this will help make your body get rid og food eaiser. The strength will give you a harder, firmer look. You can graduate from the big basics when you can bench press over 200 pounds, squat 275 pounds, deadlift 315 pounds and perform 15 perfect chin ups. Luckily for you I designed a ridiculously SIMPLE training program for any beginner that they can use to rapidly build size and strength. As you will see, its based off of 3 FULL body work outs. These aren’t the ONLY work outs you can do A couple rules 1. Don’t take any supplements other than protein powder 2. Barbara Reed Stitt, author of Food and Behavior, A Natural Connection had learned about the profound effects of food in the unlikely position of probation officer. Barbara Stitt and her husband Paul, a biochemist, approached their local school (ACA) with an offer that was as unusual as it was generous. Take out the vending machines, take out the processed foods, and feed the students fresh, whole, nutritious food and watch their behavior improve. And the Stitts will pay the bill. In fact, since the Stitts owned Natural Ovens, a whole foods bakery, their company would send the school plenty of its own healthy fare AND place one of their own cooks on site at the school’s kitchen. In 1997, ACA teamed up with Natural Ovens Bakery to offer the students a free, nutritious breakfast. The following year (the 1998-99 school year) Natural Ovens sponsored the installation of a full kitchen and dining service (offering both breakfast and lunch).
