I am a 29 year old guy that needs to loose about 50 lbs. I had good, lasting results a few years ago with BodyForLife, but since then, lots of workout / diet plans have come out.What do you know to be the best plan now? I don’t want just a fad diet. Answer by Iknowalittle no fried anything ! sorry …and watch your portion sizes thats the most important part.. A good work out that you do for at least 15 minutes a day everyday.. I lost 110 lbs 19 years ago just by doing this. And have maintained it over all this time. It’s not so much what you eat …it is HOW much you eat.Good Luck and keep at it !

Answer by froggyinpants I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there’s a chance that you will have SOME of that weight forever… maybe not, but maybe.In my opinion, don’t use diets where you “count points”. They tend to stress, distract and make you cheat on your diet. Start off taking baby for walks/jogs in the stoller. I DO recommend pilates. Good luck!
