I’m glad you makeing progress I’ve been on medi fast for afew months I’ve only lost 15 lbs but I’m hopeing it will continue to drop soon but I’m also building so mabey that’s y I’m not showing on the scale but this does work and I feel better than I have in yearsby loseing 15lbs and gaining muscle
