how long have you been on medifast? Can we add feta to chicken? How long did it take you to lose weight? I am on medifast day 5 lost 4 lbs.

Glad you told people to “get back on” when they fall off. 3 months ago I was 30 pounds lighter….during the summer…..I wanted to eat with everyone else and modified my plan. I only gained 7 pounds and that was with eating everything in sight….so I thought. But I was really proud that something stuck with me about the plan and am motivated even more to reach my 50-60 pound goal!
