(example) 30% fat for-
*2500 cal diet for maintenance = 83 grams of fat
*4000 cal diet for bulking = 133 grams of fat
wouldn’t it just be better to cap your fat intake to a certain point and increase carbs when trying to gain lean mass? I could see using 30% for a maintenance diet, but for a bulking diet its excessive.

Hi, regarding saturated fats, what I was taught(Maybe obselete info) is that our body would produce them thus there is no need for us to consume them; So why do we still need to consume them? I’m kind of confused….would you enlighten please….. Thanks!

i really dont like when people use percentages… what if someone is getting way too little to eat? then 30% still won’t be what their body needs.. is there a better way to report these ideas?
