Question by : Does anyone know where I can find a guide to the HCG diet online? I just bought the HCG oral drops from amazon.com but it doesn’t come with a guide on what to eat during the diet, does
anyone know where I can find an
online guide to this diet?

what’s the HCG diet? if it’s a fad diet aka not changing your calorie intake and your exercise routine, then i hate to break it to you.. but it probably won’t work! esp if it includes some sort of pill or drops :/

1)Read Dr. Simeons book “Pounds and inches” and order HCG drops or shots online or find them locally.
2)Start the Drops and Phase 1 of the diet (2 days of gorging, eating everything in site) This readies your body for the change.
3)Start Phase 2 of the diet, only eating 500 calories a day. Do not eat breakfast. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning. For lunch you can have 4 oz. of meat, 1 fruit and 1 serving (2 cups) of a vegetable. Do the same for dinner. Do not mix vegetables in one meal. Do not eat the same meat for lunch and dinner. Make sure to take your drops 3 times a day or your shot once a day. Do this for 23-40 days depending on the amount of weight you desire to lose. You will be losing at least 1-2 pounds a day.
4)Start Phase 3 of the diet. Maintenance. 3 days after you stop taking the HCG continue the 500 calorie diet. After that you can start adding starches and sugars back into your diet in week 2 or 3 of phase 3. You should continue to lose weight during this time. After 6 weeks you can start over again with phase 1 and the drops if you desire to continue losing weight
