    You don’t have to cut it all just halfin your daily intake of sugar and pasta stuff. From there slowly ease yourself off it. Also stay away from any types of soda just stick to water with a little bit of lemon

    @xeepna nope eat good stuff like protein not injected with hormones or processed; eat good organic vegetables and fruits but with fruits low sugar like blueberries and strawberries etc..drink lots o water…and get active..thats all it means….bread pastas dairy all that stuff just turns to sugar in your body and if u dont metabolize it well goes straight to fat….i have lost over 150 pounds eating the foods i have mentioned and more..

    Drink green stuff and detox and exercise like a mad person daily.

    So is this how to lose weight fast and gain it back faster? Because thats what you’ll do if you remove everything from your daily life.

    Yeah, but if you cut out almost everything, won’t that mean you’ll gain all the weight back once you start eating that occasionally again? I don’t agree with the methods in this video… cutting out everything and taking enzymes isn’t the right way to go.
