    We didnt evolve. We were created and designed to eat a certain way. Because of sin, we fell and we abuse ourselves by eating the wrong foods and overindulging.

    i love it when people refer back to our ancestors and evolution
    grateful to receive advice from a rational educated person.
    I recently started jogging and i’m going more frequently and longer
    distance every week. Gradual increase is the best way.
    i am seeing results.
    (i used to only weight train and i kept gaining weight(muscle)
    so cardio is important if you wana look lean.)
