    The Wellspring Plan is not a ‘diet’, but a life-style change. The plan focuses on 8 steps to becoming a long-term weight controller. The most beneficial for me being Step 1:Make the Decision. I have lost 255 pounds with the Wellspring Plan by making the dicision to stick to the plan and following through.

    When first reading ‘The Wellspring Plan’ I didn’t buy into it all. Although the book logically made sense I neglected the first step, to make the decision. When revisiting the book for a second time I made sure to truly try the plan. The 8 steps are very helpful throughout the process, teaching you how to find loveable foods that love you back, managing stress and more. These tips make the program a true lifestyle change.

    The Healthy Obsession Program book contains information on how to live a happier healthier lifestyle. It basically explains the way to change your unhealthy living to a healthy one. It is basically an 8 step process teaching people in small easy steps how to change their ways. It does not tell people that their is only one way, it gives us many ways to change our lives. It tells us the harder events during weight loss but then it shows us that in the end we will be proud that we did it. The results are tremendous, the journey is difficult but every second of labor is worth the change in ourselves, the sacrifices we make are worth it. The changes in the food we eat is hard but over time you begin to love the foods. The book gives us different recipes, and food items that we can eat that are a better option for our bodies. This book made a change in many and that number only increases throughout the months. Its a great and extremely helpful guide for a brighter future.
