@MyLossIsMyGain Just a little.
I am having both weight gain and other issues with a lot of foods. I have noticed that when I eat grains and things like potatoes, I don’t lose or I gain, and I feel horrible. I was doing an allergy detox and added rice back in to see how it went and it wasn’t good. I just need to realize that there are some things I just can’t eat. I am used to eliminating things because of the Celiacs, so you would think I would just stop. lol

@debngp Thanks! When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and went gluten free I thought all of my problems were behind me. Ha! I have since found out that many, many Celiacs have the same issues with the same foods that I do. :-/

So it looks like your dogs might like Granny Gail…just a little bit. That was hilarious. I missed the rice comment because I was just listening for a while. Does it cause weight issues or other bodily issues? It’s frustrating that we have to cut certain things out because that was a pretty small amount you had.

I feel so bad for you and your food issues. My hubby has had these problems for many years. As soon as we figure out what seems to be the culprite, it changes!
