About 38 dollars WITH tax. make sure to eat and drink plenty of water with this 7 day progam. End of day 1: I had cramps (similar to female cramps). I also had some gas, probably due to not drinking enough water. Day Two: woke up with gas (painful). Video Rating: 3 / 5

@jalyn33, You haven’t watched my other videos have you? If you have, you’d know that a 5 min video of mine IS QUICK! Pray tell me, would you rather wanted a 15 minute video about my mom’s IBS? I think not. Watch my other videos, you’ll see that you’d take a 5 minute video over ANY of my 15 minute videos. Have a wonderful day and don’t try to work your brain too hard since you can’t seem to keep your attention past 2 minutes. (how much info can you get from a 2 min video on IBS?)

Don’t know. I stopped doing the cleanse after 4 days since my system was all mest up. I wouldn’t recommend a complete body cleanse. Do a liver cleanse or kindey cleanse, but not full body. May be different for the guys, not sure. I’m not a guy.
