Answer by Nata Jones find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Answer by Darian Hall do lighter weights with more reps. That way not only will you get stronger but lighter weights help to get more defined and cut. Also to add more muscle if thats what your looking for try and have the same amount of protein of what you want to weigh. I wanted to weigh 170 so i would eat 170 grams of protein a day. Another thing you can do other than wieght lifting is lots of cardio for example sprinting with weights tied in a sled behind you which really helps you too get moretoned also. but since your only 14 there isnt much you can do weight lifting wise. I’m 5’8 and weigh a 165 of mostly muscle and im in the gym everyday lifting heavier weights since i dont care much about height. But good luck.
