Hello! I’ve wanted to do a quick video to introduce my new Oklahoma Weight Loss website that I’ve put together for those of us who struggle with losing weight, and I’ve finally gotten it done! Losing weight is a difficult thing to do. It really seems that gaining it is easy but losing it is a nightmare, right? As we head into the spring and summer months, thousands and thousands of people just like you and I will try nearly every weight loss program available but most of them will fail to reach their weight loss goals. I’m excited to say that I recently lost 40 pounds and I feel great! In fact, I feel better than I ever have and I’m anxious to show you how I did it. In order to do this I’ve got to introduce myself and let you know that my website exists. I initially thought I’d try to help people on a global scale but after some thought I realized that what I have to offer would be more effective on the local level. So I’m taking the approach of helping people in my own home state of Oklahoma. This seems like a great way to get the word out to people in Oklahoma who are trying to lose weight. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve tried every diet out there. Yep, I’ve tried the grapefruit diet, the low carbohydrate diet, the very very low calorie diet, and even the high protein diet.
