I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there’s a chance that you will have SOME of that weight forever… maybe not, but maybe.In my opinion, don’t use diets where you “count points”. They tend to stress, distract and make you cheat on your diet. Start off taking baby for walks/jogs in the stoller. I DO recommend pilates. Good luck!

Yeah I’m not a big fan of the traditional diet pills either. I probably had a bit more extra weight than you, but what has worked really well for me are the Acai pills I saw on http://katherinesweightloss.com/y/ a little while ago. I’ve been taking them for maybe 2 weeks and have really seen my metabolism and energy go up..
