Okay I did it… YES, 14 days of pure JUICINESS have been completed!!! Oh my goodness today I have had some crazy fun in the kitchen preparing some seriously delicious salads and smoothies and to tell you the truth I can barely move because I ate too much! LOL, it’s all good I’m still feeling great just immobile at the moment! I have learned so much about myself and my body over the past two weeks especially the trip with the liver cleanse. I’m looking forward to getting the group feast and cleanse programs going, please bear with me as I perfect the programs and bring on top-notch talent to be a part of this awesome new JUICY community! Next week Brother Echo will be speaking at the “Raw Health Expo” in Sebastopol California along with several other nationally known Raw food educators, chefs and enthusiast! I hope to see everyone there it’s going to be an amazing weekend of Raw fun and love! Thank you everyone for following along these past two-weeks, we’re almost ready to take this adventure together.     @misscpb shell shocked are ya? :-) I have lost weight YES and it feels good. I don’t know exactly where it came from or went I’m simply way tighter and trimmer. I like the weight I’m at now feels GRRRRRREAT!

    Oh wow I am shocked at the picture of you at 0.09 seconds, your weight looks as though it has dramatically dropped. I was looking at your other video Raw Sangha #34 – Rattle Snakes, L.A. Raw Bazaar and Dancing which was only 3 months ago. I never thought you looked as though you needed to remove any weight. Have you intentionally removed weight or is this just because of the raw food etc? Lots of Love Misscpb xxx

    @artyj135 yes OUR doggies they have a mixed diet since they stay with different members of the family at different times. Dogs can totally eat vegan I know lots of vegan pet owners who feed their pets 100% vegan.

    Are they your doggies? What do they eat? I hear dogs can be vegan and do pretty well, as they are scavangers by nature and can eat a wide variety of foods. Would be nice to see more of them:-)

When the new website launches you’ll be able to create your own profile, start groups, forums and share your ideas with the community. Information with regard to Raw food, juicing, cleansing, etc., will be flowing and people will have everything they need to learn, share, network… whatever!

    @roughneckasian 60 secs is pretty avg…I did 54 secs as a freshman in highschool and I wasn’t even on varsity…. Plus I couldn’t even “sprint” the full 400m. It was like a spring the first 100 a stride the second 100 then I picked it up the next 100 and then whatever I had left I poured into the last 100.

    this is a core basketball conditioning workout. you don’t normally see guys your size doing 400s. good to see you can be swole and fast. inspiring.

    @abarbar06 more like 65 seconds. thanks for the support but yes, this is one of my interval cardio sessions. Sprints are a great way to build up the legs and get ripped. When was the last time anyone saw a fat world class sprinter. Never. That is why I incoporate sprints into my program

    @mataxiz I have many routines. I have my pre contest bodybuilding diet/training program. Powerlifting diet/training programs. Hypertorpjy diet/training programs. Diet/training programs for maintaining my weight. And I have multiple sub diet/training prorgrams for what I have listed. Bottom line, I have many that all depends on my goals through out the year. Best thing to do, purchase my online training, fill out my profile sheet, and I can generate a program for you

    @Hnajib77 I have been lifting for 15 year. I have a BS degree in Nutrition. 3 certifications with ACE, ISSA, and NASM. I have competed in about 2 dozen drug tested Natural Bodybuilding and USAPL RAW powerlifting events. I have been bodybuilding for 6 years. Bottom line, it takes the “right” education, a lot of time, effort and patients. Last, I provide one on one and online personal training. Hope that answers your question. Take care

    Must be nice, I lifted weights, ran track, did all kinds of stuff, my body never changes, i just get stronger. High metabolism, I guess I’m what’s called a “hard gainer”. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been at 150 pounds. Just put that last 20 pound on in the last 3 or so years. I’m determine just to work on cardio like hiking etc. instead of trying to get ripped.

    Help please ! Im 15 , 1.72 cm tall my weight is about 50 kg im a bit skinny but I cant help it for now cos im too young to take in all the stuff bodybuilders do. I train for about 1.5 years and my abs muscles are still not that visible I need to thighten them so they will be visible what to do? And sorry for my english it isn’t that good ;)

    It’s hard to follow routines of people like this because unfortunatly I believe he is on gear, and can stay anabolic doing stuff we can’t. (Although HIIT training IS awesome.) :)
