    Classic Tabata-workout, exept you are taking it very very easy. You should SPRINT harder and harder every time, at the end you should collaps.

    I’m making this a morning ritual.

    just wondering tho, should this be done say 3-4 times a week? i was thinking about doing your 100-yard workout as well.

    i’ve been really thinking about how i can get cut in about 3 months, just to get those abs to show. i’ve been taking note on my fitness level and i’m fairly ok (20+ variations of pullups and a LOT OF STAIRS among other things lol) just something to burn off more fat.
