    i think it’s so goddamned rediculous when people get that fat;
    really, there is absolutely NO reason to get as big as mmost of the people on this show
    ..you cannot say something like it’s a “fat gene” or slow metabolism
    even still, there is NO reason to be so damn ..
    FAT
    that is pure gluttony
    but it’s good that she’s not such a slob anymore :)

    Mags is a doll and I am proud to call her my friend. We were supposed to attend Jillian’s bootcamp together this summer, but Mag’s had to back out. I will miss her, but look forward to seeing her at bootcamp next year.

    Good for Maggie. She’s lost a ton of weight, and seems much more educated about keeping it off. Well spoken here.
    And the 4 mile race, that’s something to be proud of. Hope it went well.

    hey beautiful ! If ever your craving for anything .. treat yourself moderately.. you know have a little portion like the kraft dinner for example.. have a small portion while youre craving it atleast that way the cravings will go away rather than not having it and then you crave it til you cant no more and just eat the whole thing. Just a tip.

    Keep it up
    xoxo bella

    bit of advice : diet is very important but try to do the treadmill 3 days a week , and after that ull be hungry so just come home and eat no sugar jello and dont think about food and go to bed asap youll see results;)

  • freshfoodiefitness said,

    wow!! great loss! and you are really looking slimmer!!

  • lightasaheather said,

    Omg I have fights like that with food all the time!!!! Esp at the restaurant, lol and it’s awful sitting there trying to convince myself NOT to choose the dinners that are bad for you – at least you were in the comfort of your own home and had plenty of time to think about it… glad it didn’t hurt your weight loss! :)
