AWLS 2: End of week 1 of Slim in 6

I finished with one with in 6. I lost 3.4 pounds. Start it up was a bit tough for me so I decided to do it for six days instead of two. The exercises really bothered my shoulders at the beginning and I could hardly do the exercises as performed. Also I have lots of free time so I go the gym almost everyday for a cardio workout ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. I don’t have a specific diet plan but I mostly drink water and some days I have a glass of grapefruit juice. I eat cereal with milk, salads, stir fry veggies, mixed veggies, soups, light sandwiches, and fruit. I don’t have much money so I can’t buy a lot of healthy foods. I do try to limit my portions and not eat too late. Video Rating: 0 / 5
