    Hi Alycia, i was just wondering if you could give me any tips on slimming legs, like losing fat on my legs wtihout building muscle? My legs build muscle really easily, I’ve tried a couple of exercises like lunges and recently ive been using the cross trainer on the easiest mode but am still getting muscle on my leg and not burning the fat on my inner thigh muscle. I’d appreciate any guidance, thanks.
