do lighter weights with more reps. That way not only will you get stronger but lighter weights help to get more defined and cut. Also to add more muscle if thats what your looking for try and have the same amount of protein of what you want to weigh. I wanted to weigh 170 so i would eat 170 grams of protein a day. Another thing you can do other than wieght lifting is lots of cardio for example sprinting with weights tied in a sled behind you which really helps you too get moretoned also. but since your only 14 there isnt much you can do lifting wise. I’m 5’8 and weigh a 165 of mostly muscle and im in the gym everyday lifting heavier weights since i dont care much about height. But good luck.

Get on a routine made specifically for teens , head over to bodybuilding.com and look up rippetoes starting strength for teenagers. Stick to rep ranges of 3×10 , 4×10 , and 2×15. 14 and 15 are the perfect ages to start lifting so don’t worry as much about stunting your growth . This is the age most people start lifting .
