when you do the depth jumps to split squat landing, shouldn’t he alternate which leg goes first, since the height of the landings will be different?

i always thought that training with chains meant they were resting on the floor when at the lowest point of the squat, then as you drive up the weight goes up as you lift more off the ground? not arguing with your exercise this looks like a leg killerrrr.
