    when I played softball again since like forever…I was soooo sore for a couple of days. Everything hurt on me lol so I understand.

    Raquetball IS exercise :D You can do more later but you don’t have to do more always. I had a GREAT time – I LOVE mu friends :D We did a bunch of big ones at night but my camera ran out of memory… my friends got pictures and I’ll put them in a video later :D

    Good list I don’t want to workout today either and by that I mean going running or something like that I always get my daily racquetball exercise so I guess it’s better than nothing right? Looks like you had a great time on the 4th I did to blowing up these crazy fireworks my cousin bought..Im pretty sure they were wern’t legal thats why they were fun :)

    I’m definitely tanner and definitely NOT sunburned… I’m probably flushed because I make my videos right after working out :P I scream as like a gut reaction, but I’m not actually scared :D The screams just COME OUT of me without my control – they’re hard to restrain.

    LOL, thank you for liking my list. I figured it didn’t all have to be about weight loss, and those are all habits I stick with religiously that keep me healthy, happy, and sane :P Thank you!

    Thank you! I know – I am excited about it too :D I can’t believe that only like 60 days ago I thought walking was a big exercise… and 50 days ago I couldn’t run for more than like 2-3 minutes before I was DYING and had to stop. I’m come a good way. Thank you!!

    I grew up with OCD and it took a lot of un-habit-forming and therapy to get me out of having such severe OCD, but I still remember everything and I am obsessively clean – I clean to keep my sanity and also to calm down :) I shall get on Skype soon :)

    Are you a little sunburned or just flushed? LOL I get spooked by those party poppers when I pull the string, I have a similar reaction to yours! And I love your habits, yep yep! GOOD list, and you’re going to get this compliment from, like, 30 more people :P

    The 4th was SO much fun. I am SO GLAD that this video FINALLY uploaded… it was just NOT uploading for the longest time. Ack!

    I’m sorry that you’re having problems at home… I find that exercise helps me clear my mind and get out anger and sadness – it might be the personal remedy that you need. *shrug* Yay! Cam!
