@TheDJscrue I have no idea what 10 stone is in weight and battered anything is very bad for you, but your eating seems good! Work out nice and intense, get plenty of sleep, emphasize protein, eat carbs around your work outs, you’ll get there!

Great video (3 foods considered healthy but which are not). I don’t understand why people come 2 you 4 data, but then say, “Hey I’m not going to do THAT…!!!” They can’t stand to not her your advice, but also can’t stand to actually TAKE it. Sometimes I think trainers have REALLY hard jobs. This was a great vid –you’re so much better than that Canadian Israeli guy.

Hey Omar, love the vids! Keep it up. Do you have any sample daily nutrition plans? My concern is that I have quite a few stretch marks on my shoulders, upper arms and stomach and I’m wondering if I’m not getting enough of something… thus the ucky marks. Thanks :)

I like your vid, you seem knowledgeable, only suggestion is, in the science world, or people who are overly educated, people want to know if this is true so right after they watch something like this they go research it from a CREDIBLE SOURCE (not saying you’re not but you’re not until you reference where you got your information from). Soooo instead of me having to go look up everything you said if you dont mind adding an extra 5-10 seconds of where you got the information from? Thanks Bro!

My cottage cheese has only 1 g carbohydrates an 0,25 g sodium. Every joghurt I know has more carbs and I only get greek yoghurt with 10 % fat (my cottage cheese has 0,8 % fat)

What about roast soybeans, like in a trail mix? Or are the estrogens only added in heavily processed soy products?

Also is this connected to testosterone levels aiding in performance at all? Or are estrogen / testosterone levels independent?

@botanast Smoking has a different effect for a lot of people, a lot of people report losing weight while smoking. However, in saying that, just because someone is losing weight, it does not make them healthy. Cancer patients lose weight all the time. Smoking inhibits the transportation of oxygen to tissues in your body so they become depleted of an essential component of healthy tissue. Quit smoking. Your body will love you for it.

  • OmarIsuf said,

@botanast Honestly? Interestingly enough smoking is a problem if you want to gain muscle more than lose weight. You can get lean definitely by smoking, you might just become catabolic (lose a little muscle) in the final stages. I wouldn’t want that personally, but I’ve trained clients jacked lean and they smoke :) !

@sass9507 I recommend ONLY the best for ONLY the best results :)

@wyldeslash2003 Its basically almonds in liquid form. Its not a powerhouse but its not devoid. Fibre, better protein, ease of digestion, and a couple key nutrients make it the best type of milk (althought raw goat milk I also dig)

  • OmarIsuf said,

@dfer0119 I like pistachios, they are healthy :)
