www.TeamBeachbody.com/RockOnFitness www.Facebook.com/CoachZwebb – I have always been athletic and into sports but the older I got the more I felt my athleticism slipping away. It didn’t help that my full time job is sitting down in front of a computer. After work it was easy to come home and turn on the tv and sit the night away. My energy level was extremely low and I wasn’t happy with the direction I was heading in. That’s when I decided to take charge of my life and commit changing my habits. While up late one night I caught the infomercial for P90X. My neighbor and I decided to give the workout a shot. After the first week I was instantly hooked and sore! The program was tough and challenging but I loved it. I completed the first 90 days was amazed at the changes took place. Not only was I more physically fit, I had more confidence and felt better about myself in many ways. My energy level went through the roof and not only that, friends and co-workers noticed a difference in me. I decided to continue working out after the first 90 days but not consistently. I didn’t have a coach to help motivate me so it was easy just to skip a day here and there. Fast forward to June 2010, I had an opportunity to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. I jumped at this opportunity and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Since becoming a coach I have incorporated Insanity, Turbofire, 10 Minute Trainer, and P90X One on One’s into my workout schedule. Because of these Video Rating: 5 / 5

Question by : Any weight lifting programs for a 14 year old that wont stop my bones growing? Please don’t tell me weight lifting doesn’t stop growth because i know it does, is there are any free weight lifting course that a 14 year old could use. Im 1m 54-cm in height.Best answer:

do lighter weights with more reps. That way not only will you get stronger but lighter weights help to get more defined and cut. Also to add more muscle if thats what your looking for try and have the same amount of protein of what you want to weigh. I wanted to weigh 170 so i would eat 170 grams of protein a day. Another thing you can do other than wieght lifting is lots of cardio for example sprinting with weights tied in a sled behind you which really helps you too get moretoned also. but since your only 14 there isnt much you can do weight lifting wise. I’m 5’8 and weigh a 165 of mostly muscle and im in the gym everyday lifting heavier weights since i dont care much about height. But good luck.
