In this ep i’ll show you a diet you can try out. I use this meal plan on my rest day but you should use it in conjunction with exercise. it’s about 3000 cal, obviously if you make your portions smaller there’ll be less calories. just remember if you burn off more calories in a day than what you eat you’ll lose weight. hope this video was helpful.
